  2. What size of dwelling must I build?

    No dwelling shall be erected on any of the lots on the said Land which has an above-grade floor area less than:
    600 square feet in the case of a bungalow, bi-level or split level dwelling;
    1200 square feet in the case of a two story dwelling

  3. How long do I have between the time I purchase the lot and the time I have to build?

    Building construction shall be completed within 5 years from the date of purchase of the lot. Completed shall be defined as having an exterior not less than 90% complete with power connected and operational.

  4. Can I move a building onto my lot?

    Yes, however all buildings shall be built of new construction material only constructed on site or a RTM home. Relocated residences, portable or mobile homes are strictly prohibited.
